The G7 summit takes place in Évian-les-Bains from June 15 to 17, 2026. Neuvecelle and Publier also host part of the event.
Two security zones are active from Thursday June 11 at 00:00 until Wednesday June 17 (8:00 pm or 10:00 pm depending on the source): a red zone around the Évian Resort and a wider blue zone.
The G7 Pass (free QR code, requested only on pass-g7.gouv.fr) is mandatory from age 13 to enter, move within or even stay in the blue zone, including for residents who do not leave home.
Trains between Thonon-les-Bains and Évian are suspended from June 10, 11:59 pm to June 17 included. SNCF replacement buses run, accessible with a G7 Pass.
The CGN Évian pier is closed June 11 to 17: line N1 Lausanne-Évian is diverted to Lugrin Tourronde and N1 season tickets are accepted on line N2 (Lausanne-Thonon).
Many French-Swiss border crossings are closed from June 12 to 18 on the Geneva side, with disruptions from the afternoon of June 11.
